Mystery Shopper Volunteer
We are looking for people who are willing to help collect and record data for use in assessing the level of service that we are currently providing. This data will be used to improve services where necessary. We need people who can spend time, sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes up to 1 hour, engaging with various council services to get the customer view. We want people to remain anonymous to the staff that they are working with in the services.
